We decided to set up A&E Facilities in 2008 after running a construction recruitment agency (A&E Construction) for 4 years. The recession had hit the agency hard and it was imperative that we quickly diversified in order to keep the A&E brand going. After speaking with our clients about other potential avenues within the building industry, we found there was a gap in the market for a quality cleaning company. As we had a large data base of tried and tested cleaning operatives we decided to put this idea into practice and A&E Facilities was formed. We very quickly became a well-known name for providing quality builders & sparkle cleans within the Yorkshire area. With each job came excellent references, which lead to much repeat and new business within the industry. Within the last year we have moved into commercial cleans with staff working daily to keep our clients offices sparkling.
As Company Directors we are both very passionate about our businesses and are still actively involved with the day-to-day running of them.
